If you are over 50 and economically inactive, then it’s your fault the country is going to hell in a hand cart. Pull your finger out, won’t you.

I'm 49 at the end of April.
Not guilty m'lud.
Also a massive economic crash would be am incredibly Good Thing..
Hopefully it will happen.
It needs to be big like a double decker bus doing 65mph going off the side of an elevated section of motorway. (This was my dream last night. One of many similar dreams.)

There is definitely a economic crash coming. It’s inherent in the monetary system. It’s the inevitable consequence of letting commercial banks create money with debt that has no relation to anything of value in the real world. But of course it’s all the fault of the over 50’s that are economically inactive.

I haven't anything possible to describe as manically depressive to add to this thread. I suppose I could attach the clip from 'The Young Ones' where the bus goes over a cliff but it seems a bit trite. I'll leave it to Ross.

If so it’s your fault. I think he has a high powered job but never mentions it. Possibly a lineman.

Actually I have a work-from-home gig at the moment. It's ok; the dress code is very relaxed and the commute is a doddle.
