It has a hair salon.
I'm not interested in this sort of boat.

In any case I suspect a mystery punter with a Russian accent will show up. Maybe a telephone bid.
You could rent out the hair salon.

I wonder if the bill for upkeep will be in addition to the sale.

Is it a Section 8 job?
I wonder if the owner has checked out the legality of this type of seizure. We could probably direct him/her/it to a useful consultant.

The trouble with seizing these boats is that it pretty much destroys the value of them. The natural ownership of superyachts seems to be Russian oligarchs and obviously none of them are going to be interested in buying them any more.

Anyway I expect there's a few friends of Russia with a healthy disposable income right about now...just a quick re-name...MS Potent Dragonfly or something and it's champers and caviar before you know it.

Personally I think it’s one boat I wouldn’t want to buy cheap at an auction the original owner might try and claim it back. It is interesting though how a boat like this can suddenly become a liability. I’m surprised they haven’t just flown the crew home . Other than an engineer.
