'Quos Deus vult perdere, prius dementat' Rog Must be very tiresome, . . constanly looking over your shoulder, . . eh, Alice ? Ooh, I wonder how fast you can go, one handed, with your Zimmer, waving your stick with the other.

It astonishes me that Tony Dunkley would send an email in that tone and imagine that it would do anything other than antagonise the recipient(s). It's a million miles away from the tone of any email that any right-minded person would send. It's also pretty pointless. My boat is fully, totally legally compliant with CRT's licensing requirements. You'd think the fact that I own a boat whereas Tony Dunkley has had two of his removed through licensing issues might be the clue that I know a little bit more about licensing than he does.

I imagine his email address and phone number have probably been blocked anyway.
The CRT have had enough time wasted and there will obviously be protocols to deal with it.
I still feel there is a chance we are looking at an AI experiment and that the Tony Dunkley character doesn't actually exist.

Unfortunately for those of us who have had the misfortune of meeting the old bastard in person that isn't true.

From various Shit-for-Brains posts on Thunderboat on three different dates :-
Jun 18, 2023 at 10:19pm :- It belongs to someone else and I am a named party on the insurance
Jun 19, 2023 at 1:15pm :- You'd have to speak to the owner about that
Jun 19, 2023 at 10:30pm :- I shall pass on your message to the boat owner, who is responsible for licensing, insurance etc.
and then :-
June 22, 2023 at approx 19:00 hrs :- My boat is fully, totally legally compliant with CRT's licensing requirements. You'd think the fact that I own a boat whereas . . .

Anyone with even only average wit or intelligence will be able to spot the problem that Shit-for-Brains Coventon has created for himself with these conflicting statements. This obviously rules out the stupid bugger at C&RT(Ltd) who's already been fobbed off with a suspect insurance certificate, and all the other fully paid-up members of the Thunderboat mental cripples club.
Only an owner, joint owner, or a party to a properly drafted/worded formal charter or hire agreement has a legitimate 'insurable interest' in a vessel.
So, unless Shit-for-Brains Coventon can produce a copy of such document dated back to the last renewal on 30 August 2022, or proof of outright or joint ownership of Desiree [index No.73371] on that date and since, . . then the insurance certificate -- (having been produced in good faith by the brokers, but unbeknown to them, on the strength of knowingly false proposal information) -- a copy of which Shit-for-Brains Coventon sent to C&RT(Ltd) thickie Bum Glynford yesterday, . . isn't worth the paper it's written on, . . and Shit-for-Brains Coventon DOES NOT have valid current 3rd Party insurance cover for the boat he lives aboard and pretends that he owns.

What part of "I have now been briefed by Lucy" and "As far as I/we are concerned, this is the end of the matter" did you not understand? It took quite a bit of persuading to get the C&RT(Ltd) idiot - Glyn Bumford, one of the National Surgical Support Customer's Boats Theft Manager Matthew Aymes's minions - to agree to contact Shit-for-Brains Coventon, and to make sure he told him who had raised the question over the validity of his boat insurance, . . but the results far exceed expectations, and couldn't be more gratifying.
What C&RT(Ltd) were actually told yesterday is precisely what I told Shit-for-Brains Coventon on here yesterday and the day before -- that going from what he has posted, in multiple posts over a lengthy period -- that there is evidence that points to him having "no insurable interest" in the vessel he has completed and submitted a proposal for as the owner, ie. the vessel named on the insurance certificate, . . and that in consequence the cover on the vessel is almost certainly invalidated by the misleading proposal.
Being every bit the equals of Shit-for-Brains Coventon in the thinking department, however, the goons at C&RT(Ltd) weren't able to understand what I'd said either, . . and predictably, . . paraphrased and lost the meaning and sense of "no insurable interest" in whatever passes for minds in their everyday lives, . . into 'not insured and no insurance certificate'.
With their attention once again drawn back to Thunderboat, the delightful Ms Barry, and by association, Matthew Aymes, having joined the other occupants of the hole that was prepared for them yesterday by C&RT(Ltd)'s nominated joint 'Prats of the Week', Bum Glynford and Shit-for-Brains Coventon , . . this little episode could turn out very useful indeed.
The first thing for today is to try and educate C&RT(Ltd) simpleton Bumford into actually LISTENING to what's being said to him, . . and in future to be considerably more circumspect in any dealings with psychopathic morons such as Shit-for-Brains Coventon. Now seems like a good time to say it again !

Do you want some more spam with your spam Tony? Speaking of those with nothing but shit for brains. Have you now informed your insurers about the condition of the bottom plating, frames, and floors of A41(Medlock) since the additional damage - on top of the existing wastage, corrosion and wear - when you ran her up onto those submerged craneboat blocks whilst doing a towing job that wasn't covered under your insurance, . . or by your boating know-how ?
