I am currently a bit addicted to the sort of youtube vid where mad people rebuild cars and other things that can't be rebuilt. There are a few, and impossible is, for these chaps, merely a word.
There's a guy called Matt Armstrong who is doing very well indeed out of these things. But in one vid wot I have just watched, he found that the the Li batt for a Porsche Cayman RS3 was dead; the replacement is around $2800 (this project is happening in the USA), and his mate Tavarish, who is similarly inclined, tried a 'there's nothng to lose' procedure to revive the dead one. Thought it might be of interest to those of you who mess with expensive batteries.
Cut to around 12:20 if videos of geeky males fixing cars are not interesting.
