If the amount of money enforcement costs cart when dealing with the likes of the K & A continuous cruisers is taken into account I fail to believe the leisure boaters are being subsidised.

If the amount of money enforcement costs cart when dealing with the likes of the K & A continuous cruisers is taken into account I fail to believe the leisure boaters are being subsidised. Oh, there we go, yet another myth that some boat owners fall back on. Overstaying and licence evasion has been on the decline since 2014, likewise for enforcement funding which was the first outlay to be cut back. People like yourself are running out of mythical beliefs, and within the next two years, CRT will be looking to increase your financial input, by I've heard 30%. This will be from increased license fees, end of garden mooring fees and marina connection charges. I suspect this will see off a lot of leisure boaters, and contribute to the decline in second hand boat prices. So, before you sound off with myths and assumptions, try to look at the bigger picture, and how eventually you will also be targeted.

So because of a situation on the K&A that justifies crt removing facilities all over the country?

So again what ore your proposals? Well let’s start with crt spend some of their £200 million budget on emptying bins and putting the ones taken away back.

But you are aware that that isn’t happening so what do you propose to make cart see the error of their ways with their current actions?

So again what ore your proposals? New CEO and management. Do away with the multi million pound consultancies. Get rid of the overpaid contractors, whilst directly employing their own groundstaff. Include boat owners into the administration who have a vested interest, and would more than likely be interested in volunteer work if they were to get some respect. Myself and others have suggested these ideas over the years, along with many others, but at the end of the day, CRT's only real interest presently is self serving.

The start is making crts paying customers realise there is an issue and get them to stop justifying it by blaming certain sub sets of boaters that crt have othered.

He’d rather just blame other boaters and say they should pay more. It’s a joke if he thinks any extra money raised by taxing cc’ers is going to be spent on facilities.

The main problem is the fact that CRT are self serving. Far to many parasites bleeding the organisation dry. Parry has done nothing but empire build, yet still fails miserably to produce any initiatives. If the ceo and management are not changed soon, CRT will be dragged to the ground.
The government's extended funding (which they were not obliged to provide), is a little bit of a lifeline, but under present management will again be wasted away, much like the 2 billion plus funding they've already wasted.

Hopefully the additional money raised by the expected licence loading on continuous cruisers and residential wide beam owners next year will be spent improving elsan and rubbish disposal facilities for those that use the network the most. Get the freeloaders to pay their share.

Those who use more than they pay for, expecting others to contribute for them. Obviously if one shits in a box or wok one gets discount. Only fair.

Get the freeloaders to pay their share. So who are the freeloaders Jim? He doesn't know, so it's pointless asking him. He's yet another who just needs to be noticed on here. Quite funny actually, given the amount of benefit scrounging he does. Lord knows how he finds the time to be a carer, which he claims for, and run a charity that he's constantly trying to get government funding for. Definitely a freeloader accusing others.
