Anyone doing anything ?
The snowdrops have died and the daffs look a bit tired so there will be something happening.
I'm getting out of Tower Hamlets which has been voted as the most miserable place in London.
I'm sure people have plans afoot and wonderful yachting experiences which will be enjoyed for a number of different reasons.
Is anyone going on a cruise ?

Had a pleasant walk back to Shrewley. Love the old towpath tunnel. That wooden pair have been there for twenty years to my knowledge but are now beginning to slip under the surface and disappear. In the office at Saltisford there is a painting of the pair in working days. Rog

I love it when old derelict Boats are left to nature. As long as they are not an obstruction they are an asset. Removal and destruction is very energy intensive. Nature will look after things which were taken from it.
Dereliction and degradation to natural state is one of my favourite things in the whole world. It really does it for me.

No such thing as a cc licence, yet ! Even then they are careful to call it a surcharge.

To be fair it is in brackets after the correct term. So they do reconise it’s “common usage”. But it is amazing how terms like that can by repetition become the used term.

Had a walk up to Turners Green this afternoon. Bit of rain in the wind despite the forecast saying 0% chance. Guess we'll move off tomorrow as the wind drops a good bit. Lovely peaceful mooring here, my favourite type of spot. Rog ETA the wind's dropped so I tilted the solar panel. We were getting 18w Now 105w Hell of a difference 👍

I tilted the solar panel. We were getting 18w Now 105w Hell of a difference 👍 And I recall a certain contributer, currently no longer posting, remarking that tilting a solar panel was "not worth a wank". Just as well we are without the benefit of any further opinions. 😁
