My sister-in-law passed on two books to us ... The Marlow Murder Club and Death comes to Marlow.
They're very easy reads and jolly entertaining.
Written by Robert Thorogood (who's responsible for Death in Paradise from which the TV show is taken) they've now made a TV programme out of the stories.
The problem is for me, having read the books I imagine characters, and TV just doesn't match.
Wonder if anyone's read or indeed watched ?

Marlow is one of the places I occasionally get chatted up by older women.
I keep clear as I am aware of all the killings and I would not want it on my conscience.

Jane watched both episodes last night on UK TV Play (without the adverts on line it was about 2 hours 40 mins apparently).
She very much enjoyed it and thought it pretty much stuck to the book.

Weβve found it on UK TV Play, itβs the sort of thing we like so it will be scheduled in, tonight probably.
Itβs a shame that the Drama channel doesnβt seem to be aired in HD as it is always better to record these things then fast forwards through the adverts.

We watched the first episode this evening. Enjoyed it.
