I do need to do some work to the decks at some point. I like the "used" look and I am not panicking but there is a fair bit of rust which needs to be got rid of.
I prefer to remove it entirely rather than paint over rust. I'm happy to paint a pitted surface and not bothered about filler etc.
I used an air needle gun years ago on a boat and it was pretty impressive but as I do not have a compressor is there an electric alternative ?
Obviously a rotary wire brush or flap disc can work as well but I fancy a needle gun.

Does a great job but not terrific at getting into nooks & crannies.

Yep. Kango do one, you can hire from HSS and others.
