Whatever the referendum result it is absolutely clear that parliament collectively will not allow us to leave the EU. We are in, and what's worse, we are now entirely enthral to the EU as they have seen our 'hand' as it were. I wish I could tell you that there was a party that held a degree of respect in my eyes. Disgusted of Braunston Rog I’m just wondering whether Farage will now become PM. Dream on! No chance of a majority and the vote of no confidence would come on his first day.

The only thing truly frightening about that statement is that if it turns out to be true, we'll have the corbynite looney left teamed up with a bunch of cynical twats called the liberals. And don't forget Corbyn's gobshite ex-girlfriend will be the foreign minister...pass the pills.

There are no incompetent politicians in the UK. They have all been paid handsomely for doing... well... fuck all, really.

It just shows how overdue we are for a complete revamp of our political system, one which is more accountable to the public...well more so that the EU state... The way I see it is that our government’s contempt over democracy is a far bigger issue than Brexit itself. If they get away with it then it will pave the way to a dictatorship...not just the one which is by stealth...

One good thing about all this delay is that the general public on all sides have had time to digest how close we are to losing our democracy and the utter contempt EU politicians, and now U.K. politicians have for the principles of democracy. You may well find that many remainers and previous non voters will vote for whatever ‘party’ offer a guaranteed exit to this madness.

Its funny that you say that mate, I was chatting to Cris Chittel [ Eric Pollard] last night he voted remain, but now is for leave, and if their is a GE it will be the party that guarantee Brexit it the real sense that will get his vote! I am in complete agreement with him, My MP Lee Rowley is a brexiteer and will get my vote

So Boris the Liar is threatening to call an election if he doesn't get his way! Stupid boy! It's not his shout. It's all bluff and bluster and Phwoar phwoar phwoar. He can ask parliament if he may call an election, it needs a 2/3 majority to go through. He has just thrown away his Duper supported majority of 1. Some of you think he's fit to be PM 😂😂😂😂. In the first bill in his Parliament he was trounced by 27. The MPs have proved they are sovereign. Democracy in action! Way to go!
Once the MPs have got No Deal in law then they will approve an election. The sensible majority of people in the country can see that Boris is only wittering about negotiating a deal, its all tory lies, just to pass the time till we default to a No Deal Brexit. (remind me who said "We will negotiate the best and easiest deal Ever for Brexit" at the time of the referendum. Clue; it was a tory with his mouth open.)

Amazing ... we have to accept the total ignoring of the referendum result ... three years and no serious action to leave with ALL parliamentarians sat on their hands.
Suddenly they think THEIR views are going to be ignored and they can muster into action ... even uniting amongst themselves to get 'no deal brexit' outlawed.
Dispicably duplicitous arses the lot of them.

I rather like this madness so will demand another vote if I don't like the outcome. It could well be that people didn't know what they were voting for. I think I will call this a "People's Vote".

Fortunately, as the older generation keep on debating the youngster just get on with their lives. Just as well, Britain is quietly slipping into recession, Boris and his mates are just playing games and think they can just bully there way through life. He hasn’t a clue how to negotiate. What a knob!
