Clinton Cool Yes. I was once accused of being anorexic by a useless doctor. No, I'm just thin. Medium to large frame but thin, how does that work? With that build I'd expect you to be approaching 90KG, that's without a load of excess fat.

As a beer drinker, I buy for taste rather than content. I often buy some 3.5% like Banks's Amber or Green King IPA, but am quite partial to some of the stronger ales, but they are not session beers. Jaipur IPA is very pleasant and easy to drink. Some of the cheaper strong brews are a bit like paint stripper. Every so often, I treat myself to a delivery from Belgium of Gouden Carolus whisky infused ale at 11.5%. It goes down very smoothly and at the same time fills you up so you don't want to drink more. I just hope that the 'Trade Agreement' will ensure continuity of supply. Tried that Jaipur stuff once. Its just not cricket, old chap.

High speed travel always raises my anxiety level to near critical so a nice compact package combined with the feel of real glass does wonders. Is that why you drive like the clappers then? Gets it over with sooner I suppose.

Frame size refers to things like height and shoulder width, shoe size, gloves etc

Are you sure about those weights? I'm 5 foot 10, in half decent shape, around 80KG. Β Yeah doesn't seem right, should be mid 80kgs at that height. I'm 6ft and 65kg. Once when I worked on a building site and ate 6 meals a day for 6 months I got up to 75kg.

I'm 6'2" and currently weigh around 11 stone (that's 70kg to modern folk), much below that and I notice it, much above it and others start noticing it - at the end of lockdown I got asked by a cheeky boater/neighbour when was the baby due! (I suspect I weighed about 12 stone - 76kg).

I did a tour of Eastern Europe via the lager section of our local shop - most of it is garbage; Iβm disappointed Mr Stabby has given up on special brew in favour of that cheap Polish shit. A good beer if you can get hold of it is Carlsberg Elephant beer - we never had a hand in that at Northampton, always imported from Copenhagen ππ»

I would need to be 6'7" and I would still be overweight.

I'm 5ft 2 ish and 51kg..for me thats just right...just looking at the chart I'm OK cannot believe that a foot taller and only 7kg heavier is ideal..

Lots of happy memories

Wow can't believe how light some folk on here are. I've just checked the chart provided, I'm more or less in the middle of ideal weight. I could be a bit lighter, there's a pound or two round my middle that I could lose but doing that in my late fifties is a long and drawn out process, unfortunately.
