It was the second one I got, first one, a 3 speed, got for £120 off an old boater. This wasn't a known member of the forum was it ? No this one lived on his boat full time until he passed away. Licence paid and full BSSC, seems the way to go. He wasn't an old grumpfuttock either. He was happy the Brompton was going to a good home. When the bidding started I offered him £200 and he bid me down to £120. I did hear that he worked in the M? security services in his younger years and could speak many languages.

Nah,he's old but not as old as some big bonced members, apparently. I see where you were heading though. You are naughty, but I like it.😉

Yes and also you mentioned the geyser was dead so I suppose my suggestion that it might be an active forum member was delving into the occult a bit too much and no I don't have my ouija board any more.

There is an old grumpfuttock who might have arrived from The Night of the Living Dead, just a rumour I heard. He'll be after me now to track the informant down. There might be another lurking too, looks innocent but prone to eating your heart fresh from its moorings. Zombie tendencies or what! Somtimes I get strange urges...

For one thing I don't see any lights. I suppose it could be licenced for daylight use only. In any case a moped is defined as having a top speed of (I think) 30mph, maybe it's 40, and an engine capacity not greater than 50cc. I suppose the engine might be from a C50 though. All the same it will still be capable of around 50mph, which would be a bit scary with skinny tyres and no suspension. And wouldn't type approval be an issue? Also I think the phone call to Carole Nash would be a long one.

I noticed a geyser unpacking a couple of GoCycle folding ebikes today by the road in Islint'n. Money land.
They look like quite nice bikes but £3k+ ? Hell's teeth.
