Well I hope passing dogs take the teddies.. it would be right. As for all the flowers why do they have to leave them surrounded by plastic?
My girls were upset about the soft toys. They pointed out that there are plenty of small humans who would really like them rather than leaving them on a grimy towpath to end in landfill.
As for dogs and soft toys there is a boat moored nearby with a dog and the owner seems to think it is a Good Idea for the dog to be ripping dolls apart on the towpath.
Nice area !
Grim... so with rotting flowers, plastic and stuffing its gonna look great over the next few weeks Your girls r right .. give the stuffed toys to kids who have none, maybe the guy u spotted intended one for just that.

Do you get enough iron in the diet? Lack of iron is known to cause fault-finding tendencies. not that I wish to enter into any fault finding nitpickerey but..... there are probably a few on here who could possibly feel a benefit from increasing their iron uptake..... I believe Mackerson stout (prob spelled wrong) and Guinness are excellent sources

Getting on a bit ... he's four years younger than me 😤 Rog There was a time when I would have viewed 62 as quite old but as was 49 calendar yars old a couple of weeks ago it seems rather less so. I'm still 11 in my head. I suppose things change over the yars. I won't be getting to 60 on the calendar myself due to other issues but never mind. Ageing is an interesting phenomenon. I'm not a fan. I'm still a youngster in my head, still scramble up trees and over the Worms Head but I do take more care over the rocks. I know the pills I'm on weaken bones so a fall could be detrimental. However I'll keep going as long as I can. I don't think of 'age' if I can help it.

Such a shame the forum doesn't have pinned topics. It could be a really useful resource and keep other threads clear of what is obviously incredibly critical information. would it prevent the tedious repetition?

My mum had to make the decision to have a dangerous dog put down. TBH from day 1 as a puppy this animal had shown disturbing characteristics and we have had many dogs. She tried very hard with professional input to get this dog under control and with her not was sort of under control. It did used to growl and warn off anyone(even family members) at times. Mum just couldn't 'see' a danger until she ripped another dogs throat open desleeving dads hand in the process... even then took a week for the decision to be made and only after she also went for mums favourite dog Vet couldn't get near her despite her being given oral sedatives and I had to administer an injection with mum holding her. There are too many dangerous dogs and to have one as 'status' is wrong. There will always be folk who shout loudly when a dog is put down... but wonder how many of them have been attacked? I've been bittern .. not nice, one of mums became entangled in wire and when we tried to get her out I was yomped through to the bone and mums hands were shredded. She wasn't viscous so obv didn't have her put down. Its sobering to realise the power in a dog.

I've experienced some tempestuous storms in a few small cruise ships.. at one time we tossed up n down at 5k in a Force 9/10 whilst Ma Nature threw her worst at us.. sat there for 24 hours I would not recommend sailing across any sea in a small boat Also went across the Bay in a flat bottomed converted ferry.. I did not manage to get out of my bed... I am not sick but my head does wheelies and I just stay put.
There must be better ways to do a runner ...

You needed IPhone 14.5 or later to receive the message - you missed out by a 0.5 thingymebit.
You are doomed......

Wife received it, I didn't. My phone is Android V9, apparently it had to be v11 minimum Ah.... So some wizz IT bloke thinks we all have updated Android since Sept 2020. No wonder so many people didn't receive the alert... I got I phone 14 but didn't get alert... son reckons no room in the bunkers for us oldies so I said I'd head for the caves anyway and take champagne....
