May to October (when the fire is out) is as close as you get to dust free.
Mind you, doors and windows tend to be open during that period, so dust free is not guaranteed.
October to May the fire is in, and creates quite a bit of muck.
On the plus side this means dusting is a pointless exercise all year, so one may as well forget it.

ah - the 'royal' we.... I bet you have Pink and blue jobs too? - we have 'light blue' and 'dark blue' ones - AS you might guess, the dark blue involve pumpouts/cassette emptying (we have both). Great news on the stove front though ... I'm still loving ours and IF I ever find a way to stop the boat filling with dust, it'll be the icing on the cake! Strangely enough emptying the cassette is a pink job in our boat but taking the bath out, replacing it with a shower, moving the wall and extending our bed to a reasonable size - definitely a blue job. My husband is fortunately a very capable man, he put a stove into my boat as well as into his boat yesterday. I chose very well lol. As to dust, sweeping and dusting gives me something to do whilst he is doing the heavy work!

I'm between boats, meaning I temporarily have two.
Old boat has a nearly new Morso Squirrel which is a bit over powered for the boat which is generally smaller and well insulated.
New has a Stovax Stockton 3 which is a bit under powered for the boat which is bigger and less well insulated.
Squirrel has two doors do you can open the ash door and get is blazing away very quickly. Stovax has one door and the controls are a bit hit and miss.
I know what I should do and I know I'll regret it if I don't. Bugger, there's another job for the list...
