The winds are starting to get fairly bad here (we're fairly exposed here) fingers crossed I've got everything important tied down

Tad breezy here too, Mrs Phil keeps saying "are you sure everything us secure and nothing is going to blow away" I of course just reply "yeah,yeah,yeah" and hope for the best Phil

Winds gusting here as well..the huge trees that should have been felled by 'IM Next Door' are scarily almost bent double...watch n wait....I hope if they goes, they goes his way cos he has a field to cushion their fall.....just need one to go then just maybe they'll sort the other 13.....

Strange forecasts. We're on the GU near Warwick. Bright and blue sky, but quite blowy.
My BBC forecast says winds here of 34mph, yet on Jane's tablet the BBC forecast suggests winds of 56mph.
Maybe one of the two will be right.
Hope everyone's ok, lots of variation around the country I think.

Blowing a gale here, my coolie cap has been blown off already and the boat is rocking around on the mooring alarmingly. Not seen any moving boats so far today, will be interesting to see if any do come past.

A neighbouring boat set off down Hatton locks a short time ago.
