Welcome to the Thunderboat! As you will know this site was created in response to certain subjects being banned from discussion on CWDF and generally over enthusiastic moderation there. I have created the Thunderboat as an alternative place to discuss these subjects with fellow boaters and waterway users. The Thunderboat is not affiliated with CWDF and is not intended to replace it. Feel free to post anything you like here. Moderation will be kept to an absolute minimum, only spam and illegal content will be removed. If you have any suggestions on how we can improve the Thunderboat please start a thread. Thanks for taking a look  Delta9 |

Thanks Kris, I'll get some threads started and make a post on CWDF to try to get some more members tomorrow (if they allow it)
I'm not expecting it to be busy, but it would be nice if we could get some discussion started here free from censorship and daft rules.

The biggest problem I can see here is that it will take a great deal of effort to remember to look here!

Yes, I agree it is hard to get people to start (and keep) looking here. Hopefully we can get a little bit of 'Lively debate' started that will keep people enthralled  Thanks for joining in. |

It'll take a short while to get used to the layout, colours and buttons, but it'll be the first port of call. Lively debate? I'm quite keen to keep on with debate around the subject of the NAA (Network Access Agreement). Rather than being stymied at every turn by those at the other place that can't imagine having choices, don't believe they should have any choices and just want to turn over and play dead, I would like some help, if possible, to grow a little more support for removing a protectionist practice. I believe it is possible, it just won't be easy. I'll have to start a thread, just not immediately this morning. I'm up for plenty of criticism and don't mind.
Good luck with this forum. There's a long way to go, to build it up. You've got to start somewhere.

Before dragging anything over from CWDF otherwise this just risks becoming an extension of on going fueds there rather than a place for prope debate. |
