The poaching Eastern Europeans are displaying many of the the "fuck you I'll take the law into my own hands" qualities mr stabby normally exudes himself.

We are a cowed people, cowed by a bunch of robber barons that took chunks of our land by force and violence not so many generations ago and have since controlled and legalised that thieving from their powerful positions to hang onto what cannot morally be theirs. That they have mr stabby under control and defending them shows how successful they've been.

I think he's at heart rather jealous and admiring of their tenacity and it comes out like it does, like a young buck slagging off the girlie he really fancies but thinks he can never have.
