I see mick the plumber has had the engine removed from Reginald. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/222557469706 He spent a lot of money having it Installed not along ago, without re-reading the thread I can't remember what the problem was. I think it was excessive vibration and noise. Oh well mick, you should have just put the two cylinder lister you've got, in from the beginning. It would have saved you a lot of money.

I wonder if he has a wood mounting? Any engine mounted directly on metal is going to transfer vibration more.

It couldn't have happened to a nicer person.

It couldn't have happened to a nicer person. Being amused by the misfortunes of others is a very corrosive and self-destructive trait Christopher. For the sake of your own well-being and spiritual equanimity, try to desist from such negative behaviours in the future.

I am a great admirer of the Stewart and Lloyd's tugs.
There is one moors at the bottom lock at Braunston I have coveted often.
As a matter of interest, what would the original engine have been, anyone know?

True, but what's the difference between saying what you think and just thinking it? I'd prefer people say what they think of me, at least so I can have a chance to do something about it. Shit, what have I done...,

But I never relish harm happening to another forum member, no matter how objectionable he is. For example there is one Thunderboat member in particular who I consider to be a mouth-breathing, knuckle-dragging, shit-eating cretin. It would be unfair to reveal who this member is, but I have never once expressed a wish that the wheels might fall off of his caravan.

Mick the plumber gave me so much shit on the dark side that I wouldn't cross the road to piss on him if he was on fire. The amusement comes not from the misfortune. Because obviously it's not that much misfortune. He's not been physically harmed, the only thing that's been damaged is his ego. I rember what a gloating twat he was on the original thread. The amusement comes from the fact that it proves that it's not always about how much money you've got.

If you keep your eye on mr stabby-zombie, you'd see despite his outwardly thoughtless bigoted nature, he's a big caring softie really.

He really is a tosser despite his helpful plumbing advice. He and Rachel are a pair that might be improved by a swift hard kick and if not it wouldn't be a waste of a kick.
