Interesting you reckon turnout will be piss poor, that throws up a lot of possibilities if it proves to be the case. Turnout would probably be a lot higher if online voting was possible, something that ought not be too difficult in this day and age. I suppose the counter-argument is that it would be open to fraud, but no more so than postal voting in my opinion.

The Trump as President, disintegration of Europe, Middle Eastern chaos. The Chinese curse has never been more relevant: "May you live in interesting times".

It's my prediction for it and tbh it isn't scientifically based, it's more of a feeling. I'd be amazed if it tops 60%.
The current poll numbers that predict a win for Remain comfortably in all ages are a result I think of the treasury putting out numbers that effectively tell over 60s "Brexit will wipe £170bn off the value of your assets alone".

It's not too late at all, there's the best part of a month of campaigning left. Anything less than a 60/40 in favour of remain is a win given the weight of the state being behind their campaign. The issue remains alive.

Well noone can accuse JD Wetherspoon of not doing their bit for BREXIT, they have printed 200,000 BREXIT BEERMATS for distribution throughout their pubs with a message from Tim Martin urging drinkers to vote OUT.

Yes Tim is very pro out I used to know him when I worked for Cornelius, met him him at lots of pubs that he was doing out. I think he fancied the ladyfriend of the time Jenny, mind she was a looker, good fun and enjoyed flirting with him. Last met him 2 years ago in Chesterfield, where he was waiting to be served, the bar staff hadnt recognised him but we both recognised each other. He bought our dinner for us and the drinks, a real nice guy who know his onions and lets be honest, the people that are suffering the most from the EU are the people that use his pubs!!
