I understand that with the citizenship revocation letter is the ability to appeal the decision. It would appear from press reports that Ms Begum believes she has been treated unfairly by the UK Govt. I would have thought if she is genuinely contrite, a better response would be to apologise profusely, express her deep remorse at been hoodwinked by ISIS propaganda at an impressionable age and start the appeal process, rather than whinge that she is been unfairly treated by the UK Government.

I haven't been anywhere.
You're quite obviously, allowed to do as you like.
I am, quite obviously allowed to point out what an utter arse you are.
Great here innit.

Apart from running away from home at fifteen, and sympathizing with the cause, I haven't seen evidence that she's actually committed any crime.
I'm glad I don't have to make decisions about her or her baby's status and future.
Sometimes it's necessary to break the cycle of hate to change possible outcomes.
I know I'm not wise enough to make the decisions.

I know I'm not wise enough to make the decisions. Rog My biggest problem with all of this is that I don’t trust our media at all. It’s almost impossible now to differentiate between ‘fake news’ and the truth. The fact that so much media attention is being applied to this one woman, is suspicious in itself. IF I was to believe the stuff I have heard from the BBC and snippets cut and pasted on here from newspapers, there is no way I’d be happy for her to return to this country. However from my one to one experience with muslims who I grew up with, I have my doubts we are getting both sides of the story. That’s probably because the other side is unpalatable to us. Whether we are being ‘protected’ from the truth or ‘misguided’ from the truth is debatable.

Just a terrorist being a well, terrorist.

She joined IS after seeing this on TV etc. Don't you have any respect for the victims family?

Calling people terrorists is too simplistic. Do these people get up in the morning and say to themselves "I know what. I will go and blow myself up today that would be a good idea. Maybe chop someone's head off". Or are there certain conflicts caused by foreign policy and business interests which piss people off to quite a high level and because they do not have the same access to technical armaments as the aggressor they turn to "shock and awe" tactics which is commonly called "terrorism". Its amazing how chopping one person's head off gets more publicity than killing a dozen people with a bomb dropped from an aircraft. And the one person one head story is so much easier to fake. Terrorism means technically "government by intimidation". However the meaning has usefully been changed over time.
Its a scam. Terrorists do not exist. Unhinged loonies occasionally turn up and do mad shit but the "terrorists" are actually the enemy in a conflict. By using the term "terrorist" they are undermined and criminalised. What a useful way to deal with the enemy.
Its a fairly modern phenomenon calling the enemy terrorists. I suppose the Germans in WW2 were terrorists as well.
