As per the post title. Liam Fox was eliminated.
Personally, I can't see the point in the Conservatives electing a pro-eu leader when the last leader resigned because he was on the losing side in the referendum.

Her husband is a director of G4S, surely that's a conflict of interest?

Well I find myself agreeing actually. Gove would have had it if he hadn't knifed Boris. The obvious choice would be Leadsom but she seems to have come from no where and lacks experience. which is why May will get it.

I think it will be Leadsom and May for the short list alright. How the party members vote may be a little less easy to predict.

Cameron and Blair also came from nowhere, but i'm afraid May will probably get it.

It's disgusting, how can it not be a conflict of interests, I think they need to call a general election at least then who ever is pm will have some sort of mandate.

I'd not even thought about Crt enforcement, they could even administer these new paid for towpath moorings Crt are trying to introduce.

Leasdom is even more mental than May She wants all websites to be rated by the BBFC before publication, which is both retarded and impossible to implement. She wants to end things like minimum wage and maternity pay. She has even blamed the death of baby P on unmarried couples and sex out of wedlock. She is a puritanical nut job.
It's a sad day when May and her snoopers charter are looking like the best option.

Britain needs a strong character to get things in order. There are just too many wishy-washy wanna-bees. I would crack the whip, but, fuck it - I wasn't allowed to vote in Brexit, and anyway I'm too busy boating. Just as well. I would shift 30% of the population back to their port of entry into this country, and shoot 50% of the remainder. Oh, hang on - we need some of 'em down the re-opened coal mines. I'd like to see Victoria Beckham and Bob Geldof digging coal; perhaps Viccy would confide in Bobby and tell him Her Secret!
It will all have been worthwhile if we can deport Bob Geldof and ban Bono. That would be worth crashing the economy for.

It's a sad day when May and her snoopers charter are looking like the best option. Ending maternity pay is an excellent idea. The world is becoming increasingly overcrowded with most 'experts' predicting that this will result in people being displaced and other horrible things. How irresponsible of a government, to encourage further procreation by offering financial incentives, during these times. On the other hand, China's 1 child policy was equally despicable. It's not the job of government to encourage or discourage matters as fundamental and personal as having a family, or not. If people wish to have a family, large or small, and have the means to support this it shouldn't be interfered with. Equally though, those who chose not to, or perhaps are less prone to making stupid mistakes, should not have to carry the financial and social consequences of those who do.

I bet she makes nice cakes though I am more concerned by the reports of her "pumping up" her CV, especially when top people say she was not involved in this or that or "I have no recollection of her at any of those meetings" and what about this full disclosure of her financial dealings she promised before the selection process but have been mysteriously "delayed" I am not too keen on the idea of May as PM but I have even stronger reservations about Leadsom
