What current is going into the batteries? Should be only a couple of amps by now Maybe Rog should open up a Battery thread to compare amps and whatever with all the other solar panel owners.. Bit like the Narrow Escape thread....... Once peterboat found the thread he would win with his gigawatts of solar 😱

Moored on my own, quiet spot on the Ashby. Ali has popped home for a couple of days. Left me all alone with plenty of booze, sausages, cheese and our rather loud hi fi. It’s a lovely day and I intend to enjoy every second of it. Some charmless twat will no doubt moor button to button with you because 'there's safety in numbers' ... but enjoy your peace. I have Stilton for later Rog Who has full batteries and yet has not yet run his engine today Oops, sorry ... couldn't help myself No engine to run Roger but at one point had 80 amps going in when I had the dishwasher and washing machine was on if that helps?

I was moored well out of the way in a lonely spot a fair way from anything only to find a boat moored literally inches from my front fender, bow to bow, looking straight in at me with their friends' boat inches behind that. My poor dog didn't know what was going on as I threw the shopping bags in and just took off. Often tempted, never actually done that before but this sheep mentality is really getting to me now..... If I tie up ON MY OWN in a LONELY SPOT it is because I wish to be by myself. I am the first to "budge" up on official moorings to give everyone a chance but ... Baa! Baa! Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Sorry, rant over. Thank you x eta - I have a lovely Ossau-Iraty for later - how apt!

Just back from a walk along the prom. Stopped at the end at my favourite spot to sup some water and watch life go by as the sun shone. I couldn't help but notice that the majority of folk were terribly out of shape. Even most of the youngsters were bloated. 45 minutes later, I hadn't seen one remotely attractive person.
Maybe we should price people out of cars, get some food shortages going, get 'em in shape.

I suppose it's the youngsters that I notice most, setting themselves up for a future of ill health.
