Elizabeth Line is very new and clean in comparison to the Northern ... but I like the character of the Northern line as a tourist 😁 Rog

I still think they should have called it the Meghan Line.

Some philistine has ripped out all the bronze horses and signage relating to the stables in Camden Market ... crazy.

I still think they should have called it the Meghan Line. To reflect the demographics? Its true there are a lot more people similar to Meggan than similar to Elizabeth using the line.

Work finished for another week. Pretty uneventful, except I did more actual work than I'm used to doing. We've got a new contract which requires longer distance runs than I was doing previously. Went to Cullompton, Devon today.
Tomorrow, launderette first then hopefully putting a second topcoat on the boat roof. Maybe a third coat next weekend although Charlie and I are doing the Peak District bike trip so there might not be time. But basically I think I'll just keep re-coating until I run out of paint.
Car booked in with Johnny the Welder to have the sill repair panel welded in on Tuesday provided it isn't raining. This will be the first money I've spent on it since November and the total cost of the parts and labour will be £170 which has got to be better than paying £350 a month on finance on a newer car.

£350
That reminds me of something.
with a k on the end.
Of course as I am going to be a litigant in person it is likely I will get fucked and left destitute.
Which will be nice !
Always best to enjoy the moment as that is the only thing which exists.

Of course as I am going to be a litigant in person it is likely I will get fucked and left destitute. Luckily, we have a legal expert on the forum and I'm sure he would be more than willing to represent you by telephone although I understand that due to some trifling matter he is only able to accept cash for his assistance.

Always best to enjoy the moment as that is the only thing which exists. That's the price of the house I'd like to buy in Aberdaron. I'll need to win big on the premium bonds though. So it's not going to happen.

Usually people who win on the premium bonds only have a small investment.
This is why I only have £300 rather than the 30 grand I had a few yars ago.
It is all part of the strategy.
Be rich, be poor but never be just one of them.

It is but the lists of winners state their holdings. Very few of the big winners have large holdings. This could be explained, statistiscally, if there were a significantly larger number of people with smaller holdings. Naturally, an individual with a small holding, statistically, is at a disadvantage because he or she is just one amongst many. Ultimately your chance of winning a big prize correlates directly with the size of your holding.

I have £12's worth of Premium Bonds dating from 1959 to 1962 when £12 was over a week's wage for a factory or office worker and the total amount of prize money I have won is fuck all.
