Please tell me you don't have a loud hailer and a peaked cap too.

No but the custom deck mounted torpedo tubes are on order.

I was moderately excited when the engine started earlier today.
Also I felt that I did the world a favour by pointing out that one can initially start a petrol engine using 'wood silk' furniture polish.
I think this product may prove to be way above its station in terms of usefulness.
It is brilliant for persuading flying insects that the advantage they have gained from having wings is not actually all that significant. One can wax the floor and furniture and what is more one can test compression and ignition on small petrol engines.
And it smells nice !
Win win win situation I'd say ;
And it is available in the supermarkets not expensive (yet).

Jane's favourite polish ... and is great for use (sparingly) on guitars (but obviously not the fret board).
Does smell rather gloriously too.

I was well impressed with the engine starting. No detonation or nasty noises. sprayed into the carb it just made it run like it normally would. A bit of smoke of course but really did seem like a nice harmless alternative to the Easy Start.

Can't believe you would consider trying it as an easy start substitute ... how bizarre.
I did use it on a wasp once, having accidently picked up the wrong can.
Glued the bastard up big time , so I could get him safely outside ... and his wings had a beautiful shine too 😁

Clinton cool suggested easy start and I know that it is basically an aerosol zo why wouldn't the Wood Silk work? Its an aerosol and has obvious accelerants like wax. I mean they make candles out of wax so it obviously burns ! And it did.

I'm just glad you didn't have lighter fuel 🤣

I have been highly trained in handling of accelerants so it is improbable that a mistake would occur.

There is that.
I have to be a bit careful about all of these Discrete Professional Service things and create a whole imaginary world to divert other people's attention.
Pretending to have Boats and naff about on the River all day is a great way of doing this and helps deal with the guilt caused by killing overtly innocent individuals who were in fact involved in heinous crimes .

What a sunset ... stunning. Rog Apparently there are clouds of sulphur passing over the UK from the Icelandic volcano. This is probably why you see a nice yellow/orange sunset. You’d better pray it doesn’t rain!

Is it cold there ?
I heard on the grape vine that it had been in single figures on the Celsius scale.
