At my present age of 72, I have "looked at life" from many, many angles. What's really amazing is how fast life has come and gone. Many people persuaded me to do "this and that", and I listened to them, but they didn't know any better, either. Today, I have true peace...because I listen only to myself, even though I consider other's opinion too. Stop living someone else's dreams and start living your own. George Eliot said..."It's never too late to become what you might have been". Evening Ross. Are you really only 72 years of age?

Thanks for posting that Ross.
I had forgotten that delightful track from so long ago, it was good to hear it again.

I have a piece of music in mind I wanted to use for my latest video clips but don't know if it really fits... and looking at the clips I thought her 'Albatross' might be better, so went to look it up and it is suitable, but I am still undecided. Fairly happy with what photos/videos I grabbed, busy today with the boat (by remote control), so tomorrow morning a better time to riffle through them and see what I can come up with. Boat to dry dock Monday for some welding - 'shoe plates' and 2 new scupper tubes and other bits - will also get blacked, which we don't need as we did it ourselves last June but the dry dock works out cheaper for 3 days + blacking rather than 2 days for 'own use'.

Although I'm not a huge fan, Dolly Parton did a cracking bluegrass cover of Both Sides Now.

I wouldn't exactly call myself a fan, I think she has great talent and is an exceptional songwriter.
(Apparently she has written something like 3,000 songs in various genres including of course Witney Houston's hit "I will always love you")

New 'law' out today? Two weeks 'isolation' for those entering the UK?
"Random checks by phone? So they can ring your mobile, which is the only number they'll have and you could say you were at home when you could be literally anywhere. This is hilarious, and quite pathetic. You couldn't make it up!"
-only your phone can be triangulated from the mobile phone masts so the Police know where you are by 200 metres.

And it can also be switched off, Makes no odds these days. A phone switched off can still be traced. Thought you would have known that given your imaginary employment.

Just pop a different sim in it when you go out to protest. Sorted.

Just pop a different sim in it when you go out to protest. Sorted. It still registers the phones ID. The only safe way is to buy a phone, and bin it once used.

Or remove the requirement to have a phone from your lifestyle. I remember the days vaguely when mobile phones were not around. Everyone seemed to be ok in fact they may have been better off !
