if it runs out then just go back to tearing the newspaper up into squares
which newspaper do you recommend? ...... I don't want to rub printer's ink onto my botty.
oh, and I find a rectangle is better than a square.

Mail, Sun, Telegraph, Mirror etc Independent and Guardian don't have enough bias in them

they obviously think bog roll is going to be the new currency .... twats (I couldn't find any yesterday when getting in few odds and sods and not stocking up either as I'm down to half a roll so just thought time to buy a couple of new rolls) Sigh ...... if it runs out then just go back to tearing the newspaper up into squares
and for the benefit of you youngsters, don't bother with the glossy magazines they just spread not wipe I’m old enough to remember Izal medicated toilet roll at school - we used it as tracing paper too! 🙈😜 Shocker I know but it's still on the shelves of our local Co OP. When I was a kid unwanted telephone books were put to good use. Happy Days Phil

Talking of wars, there's some illegal alien-bashing coming up on TV at 2130 so it's Goodnight from me, and it's Goodnight from me.

Had a big shop from Asda home delivered today. Order placed online Friday evening - everything in stock. Email notification this morning that we had a raft of substitutes along with no availability on liquid soap x 2, box of Weetabix x 1 and 12 pack toilet roll x 1 It would seem the mouth breathers have been in and cleared the shelves over the last 48 hours 🤦🏼♂️ Luckily our local co-op still have some of the above in stock.Once that lots gone I’ll have to have the jumbo rolls from work if the dickheads keep stocking up on bog roll Sadly for you, you are now seen by the other shoppers in the CoOp as the panic buyer just buying bog roll, weetabix and soap..........

Not this time, the lady who served me is the mum of one of the kids in my daughters class, we had a good natter about the idiots emptying the shelves in the big supermarkets. panic buying hasn’t hit our co op yet - hopefully that may continue

Don't give me ideas about general shopping on line Gazza. I will spend too many days at the pub for cheapo 1/2 hour as I wouldn't have to drive to get my comestibles!

Has anyone actually seen any evidence of shop shelves being cleared out ?
Certainly the supermarkets we've been in, there's been no evidence at all.
Or is it just London again representing the UK's news ?

we have a medium size co-op in the vicinity and also a corner shop run by Indians which is supplied by the co-op.
the larger store has empty shelves including ibuprofen and paracetamol, whilst the corner shop is stacked out.
when I discussed this with the manager of the corner shop he told me that co-op stock management is pathetic.

Ah, that's because the geezer doing the stock management is a friend of mine and likely pretending to be at work while sitting pished up in a pub in the Lakes. He's waiting for redundancy but as I keep reminding him, he'll never get another job where he does 2 mins work a day on his lappy while camping. I won't name him, he's a great guy, but the co-op, they're just inadequate.

Finally, The Daily Mail comes into it's own. Run out of paper - print out naughtyfox 's posts. Though I'm not sure, like glossy paper they may just spread more around.

Thanks, but where is it ? We've been into Stafford (Sainsbury's, Aldi, and Asda) loads of varied size Co-ops in the midlands and not seen any signs of shortages of anything. Maybe where a few start to bulk buy, the panic spreads ... although what the chuff bog rolls has to do with the virus, I've no I idea. Rog
