LNP (the company who own the photo) are well known for providing images that portray their clients perspective of life.
Make of that what you wish.

I wonder if 'locals' are allowed on beaches, or is the general idea to stop everyone doing anything they enjoy, regardless of whether it's risky or not? I think it's a worldwide attempt to stamp out civil liberties using the usual pretext, fear of one's fellow citizens and in Europe it is probably driven by the rise of the gilets jaunes movement. TPTB obviously think that mass civil disobedience is on the horizon.

I don't know if you have looked at the Coronavirus Bill. It's actually quite interesting. Quick example: 54 (2) (ii) Strictly no enjoying yourself. That should cover it from a legal point of view. I'm not so sure. I mean, this reckless and foolhardy young couple having a picnic on Brighton beach might appear to be miles away from anyone else, but what if they have the virus and they give it to the beach, and then the next person to come along catches it from the beach? Hurrah for our brave Boys in Blue I say! Thank God we don't all live in North Korea. Could have done with him on the Cam today where hoards of people descended to ignore social distancing and generally get cozy with each other. FOOLS!!! Phil
