Me to, it doesn’t look like many others did though. Sorry, kris - loved the opening still (looks a bit like Cassiobury??) - just don't have enough signal/data to watch the video. Yes I understand that problem.

Just got a new phone deal - unlimited everything £18/month and the half-price carrot for the first 6 months.

Even my Dad was nobbut an eye in his father's twinkle in 1924. I wasn't wrong though. I think if you look closely you’ll see Tony. Are you sure? I didn't see any boats with a horse standing on the aft deck for three weeks.

There is a brief shot of him walking down the towpath at 2.50 It’s when he got his understanding of the law and his taste for trying to tell people what to do.

It starts at Limehouse / Regents canal dock. I've been intrigued about the Islington tunnel keepers house which is now gone completely. Someone on the canalworld thread on this pointed out it may have been proud of the wall so the house could have been removed quite easily rather than still being in place behind the current brickwork. I was thinking it had been bricked over but maybe not. And from the Google towpath crawler It seems unmistakably proud of the wall. But it must have been a very thin house.

Yes it does seem to stick out a bit but not enough to give much accomodation. However it could quite easily have just been a one up one down arrangement. Old photos do show the existence of a woman so one could expect some reproduction units but it's possible that the house itself was let to people who had either done that or were not going to do that. These days it's a bit rude to discriminate but I doubt there would have been much concern over that 96 years ago.

It doesn't look very sticky-outy in this picture But in this one it looks like it's just been peeled off the wall Curious

Thanks, kris - I know - but my dog is getting very big headed now he thinks he's (even more) famous and adored ..... Maybe he could start earning his own living now then, like some of the other animal stars on the internet? Sometimes we're tempted - but how very boring are some of those blobs? Then we remember why we're out here ..... ........ peace and privacy are priceless x
