First suggestion for me was media. Ali said yes, a paper boy. That was my last job, a paperboy. For Suthar Brothers in Hampton Wick. 1988/89. Bloody Indian slave drivers they were. I bought a beer from the same shop after all these years last summer told the bloke I used to do a paper round there 32 years ago he looked at me like I was a nutter.

What not even the state pension! That is disgusting! State pension is not a benefit, I paid in for 47 years and now I get my entitlement so together with my graduation pension, my private pendion , Chris's private pension and her state pension entitlement we ate well above the limit to claim benefits such as housing benefit, council tax relief etc etc Phil 🤗 I'm only teasing. Would you consider that I've paid my NI contributions for nearly 30 yrs and the NHS will now look after me a benefit - what about if I needed treatment 30 yrs ago, would that be a benefit?
What happens if I can't find a job in the next year or two, I've paid into the system my whole life and never taken from the system, surely the system will reward me for that rather than people just decide I'm a benefit scrounger!

Rent boy. That can't be right, surely? I was expecting you to be offered the 'body piercer' job No, that job had already been taken by Mr Stabby.

Ho, hum. Well, it came up with emergency services for me, and after the 3 extra questions paramedic was first, followed by soldier and security manager. Strangely enough, it had Royal Marines Officer as a choice. Think I'll join the Marines rather than the Army : better pay, and a commission.
Or maybe I'll just stay retired ...

Yeah, I know you are only joshing 😄 but if you are in dire straights do look into the benefit system because they do not tell you what you are entitled to claim , it's upto you to find out I have claimed in the past until such time that all our pensions were in place, it allowed me to retire at 62 Phil 😄

Well did the survey and it came up with soldier which is what I did for 22 years with emergency services second [police officer] so I clearly got the right job out of school

A real feel of power. I think I'd prefer that to boxing despite never hearing about millionaire JCB drivers it just seems like a more useful job. Maybe that's why I was given the boxer option. They worked out there is no point in me working anyway. It would only cause trouble.
