That would have been funnier if it was for the extra small ones.
Self deprecation always works.
At least that's what the old man told me.
He was a [word removed by moderator] though so it could be the wrong approach.

Can't agree on that chap. I'd suggest the very worst reason to get 'plugged in' is for biological reasons. God gave us the instinct to get plugged in for biological reasons of course, but given that he (or she) isn't around anymore, we can follow the spirit of the law rather than the letter of it, get plugged in without the ramifications resulting from he biological aspect of the plugging. We will have to agree to differ on this. For a start I am not able to validate the "God"? thing and secondly while I acknowledge that evolution has caused sex between humans to become enjoyable* I do not personally have an interest in this other than for reproduction purposes with a female. *I suspect this "enjoyment' thing was an evolutionary imperative when the males started realising that the females were actually incredibly annoying and birth rates dropped. Survival instinct must have kicked in and made sex enjoyable for humans. If it wasn't then the brains would have taken it out of the equation long before vasectomy and contra whatever it was came into being. Well no, can't agree with that. God made it a pleasurable experience from day one. God knew that if it wasn't pleasurable very few men would go through with the act. God also knew that men would be expected to talk to the woman after the act, when all they wanted to do was go to sleep. He made it highly pleasurable, in order to overcome these very significant barriers to the furtherment of the species. Very smart for his (or her) time, was God. However, the species has now evolved to be even smarter than God to the extent that they can now freely take advantage of the pleasure, without the very significant drawbacks that can result from engaging in the act.

Thatβs okay Andrews never been paid for work in his life, oh apart from the Β£20 for retrieving someoneβs golf club from the cut. I did get Β£20 for hauling someone's boat off the mud once. The woman offered me "something for the dog" I was expecting tripe or something but she gave me Β£20. It was a very odd experience. A recognition of the brains behind the team?

I ran it twice once for my attitude at work and once for my attitude at home, where some of the answers are complete opposite.
Both times came up as emergency services and in particular paramedic.

Here's a thought, so the job description matches the job you are doing. What if the job has trained you? You have learned the attributes required, to think that way.

Luckily, in both profession and political outlook you are a clown Jim, so I think you need not trouble to seek a different occupation.

Is it my cynical nature or is the purpose of the linked questionnaire to steer people towards "public service" positions?

Of course I work to the principles of my employer and conform to the expected behaviours however my attitude to work is to work as hard and as well as I can to benefit myself, my colleagues, the customer and our local communities and to do it in a professional manner. Its just the way I am. At home I'm a lazy git who can't be arsed.
