What would be illegal - not clear from your post. To refuse a full refund. Why?

When I sold a car years ago the buyer left me a £100 deposit and we agreed £1100 total.
He came back and said he only had £950. I was only 18 the time. He was buying it for his son.
Anyway I said 'we agreed £1100 so it will be £1000". He went back to his car and got another £20. I had to say 'no, it was a thousand". He said 'i'll see if I have got any more moneys' he came back with another £15.
I said (in my head not out loud) at this point 'fuck this, just take the £1085 and not worry about the fifteen quid and just lose the bloke' so I did.
He went away with the car.
Car was sold for well below it's value because it was totally fucked. He had two opportunities to find this out by looking at it and ended up with a very low price.
It was classic when he came back demanding his money's back as the car was screwed and would be £600 to sort out. Funnily enough that plus his £1085 was what the car was worth if not screwed.
Bugger off.
His name was Nasrallah. I don't know where he came from but he was white so I expect Cypriot or something.
He was definitely a cunt.

Consumer protection laws. If a Pakistani wants to to buy a car these days chances are only a Pakistani dealer will sell them one. The tend not to (legally) defraud their own. White people are considered fair game though, being morally inferior to them.

Another thing about Pakistanis is they seem to have a habit of deliberately causing accidents. I was in my mates nackered old range rover a few years ago when a Mercedes 200 series (a petrol one but it was a minicab ) stopped dead in front of us with no brake lights. Driver got out and looked awfully pleased about it all. Two passengers. Nice claim material there. We didn't have a dash cam so no proof but no brake lights came on. It was a Pakistani, or Indian or Bengali bloke. I was impressed how happy he was to have had the back end of his car totally smashed in. I thought it was a bit racist to say that the Pakistani community had a problem with causing accidents deliberately but when I read in one of their own local newspapers that they knew they had a problem I realised perhaps it was just a problem and not racism at all.

Because it is. I dare you. If you want your money back from me, you need to do a bit better than 'it's illegal to not give me a full refund' or quote a vague 'consumer protection laws innit' phrase.

If you need more its on the web somewhere I expect. My brother the car dealer has recently sold a car for me, but I know better than to ask for the money until at least a month has gone by.

This is well known but hushed up. As the Rotherham etc. etc. incidents were hushed up, until they could be hushed up no longer.
