Not least of which must be RSI resulting from the inevitable frequent oil changes.... Keep up at the back DOB! No oil change for a whole year. yes but you made up for it last year.

And some not: "No licence is required on our marina. It was there before the canal, which was subsequently cut through it. Self watering too."
Shardlow [marina] is not connected to CRT waters except indirectly. It's entrance is on the river Trent beyond the end of navigation limits of CRT waters.
Do you know if there's any widely available information on precisely where the C&RT's jurisdiction on the [upper] Trent ends, John, . . and is it directly from them, and/or is it published/in print anywhere ?

Can't remember if I have it on anything published ....... I seem to remember a sign above Derwent Mouth and downstream of the bridge (Cavendish bridge?)
I will have a dig through my library to see if I can find anything

That reminded me of NigelMoore so I looked up one of his foi requests. He certainly was "relentless" in his pursuit of the finer details of waterways legislation..

Thank's John, . . it would be anything published by C&RT or anything by BWB in their latter years that could be useful at some future time. I know exactly where the limit of navigation/limit of C&RT jurisdiction is, . . . but I'm not too sure they do !
