Think I confused condensed with evap 🤦🏻♀️! My Polish dad adored Carnation evap ! He even loved it in coffee 🥴.His fave were the boxes of individual fruit pies or doughnuts with evap poured ovet the top. This does beg the question ... are most TB members of the evaporated or condensed varieties?

BTW, only a few posts back you asserted such a document didn't exist. Make your mind up. Nonsense, . . no speculation involved. It's known for a fact that Sharpness Shipyard proprietor S. Beacham, the crook shortly to begin portraying himself as the "new owner" of "Planet" on C&RT's instructions, told the ship's true/rightful owner, Alan Roberts, a pack of lies about the circumstances under which the ship ended up in his possession in Sharpness on two separate occasions, . . because both conversations were recorded and transcribed. In the first conversation, recorded in the presence of an on duty Police officer attending an attempted lawful repossession of the ship by the true owner on 23 April 2017, Beacham insisted that the ship had merely been left in his care, on C&RT's instructions, by the "Bailiffs" who had "arrested" it, . . and that as he was -"just looking after it"- and - believed -"it had now been sold [by C&RT]"- any matters pertaining to ship would have to be referred back to the C&RT. Subsequent to the 23 April 2017 denials that he was anything more than the ship's 'caretaker', Beacham stated in an interview, broadcast on BBC Radio Merseyside, that he had bought "Planet" from the C&RT in early April -- some ten days BEFORE he had stated in the 23 April 2017 transcribed recording, that he merely "believed" that the "arrested" ship had been "sold" by the C&RT.
Some months later, during another recorded and transcribed conversation in the shipyard office at Sharpness, Beacham told Alan Roberts that he now owned "Planet", and agreed that he would provide a copy of the C&RT Bill of Sale to prove it. That was getting on for nearly 4 years ago, . . and despite numerous reminders and repeat requests to Beacham for the promised copy of the Bill of Sale, Alan Roberts is still waiting for it.Keeping in mind that C&RT publicly stated the supposed 'selling' price of "Planet" to be £12,500 - around one sixth of the 19 September 2016 Survey Report scrap value - Beacham's conduct, to say nothing of the apparent inability to produce a copy of the Bill of Sale he says he has, does NOT come across as that of someone who believes that he's bought something via a legitimate, all above board deal, . . and has nothing to hide. Seven and a half years on, . . and the ex-Liverpool Bar Lightship LV23 'Planet', stolen from its owner by the Canal & River Trust [C&RT] in September 2016, still languishes in Sharpness Docks, . . with the C&RT still paying the ship's berthing charges to the Port operators.
The berthing fees/charges were in the region of £1000.00/month back in 2017, so allowing for inflation they're probably getting for at least half as much again by now. Add to that running total, the cost of setting up and carrying out the planned theft of the ship, in the guise of a legitimate commercial debt recovery and breach of contract process, then towing the ship from Liverpool to Sharpness, . . the total cost of the C&RT's theft of LV23 'Planet' must now be approaching the £500,000 mark.
Of all the ongoing C&RT/Commercial Boat Services boat 'removal' scams, this one has to be the most expensive and ill-conceived so far, and is unlikely ever to be eclipsed, . . although the crooks behind it, the same gang of lying corrupt managers, crooked contractors, and bent lawyers do persist with similar criminal activities and thefts to this day, . . albeit less costly, better planned, and more carefully disguised as legitimate boat 'removals' under Section 8 of the 1983 Act.
