No. I see this sort of boat as either a single man's boat or a pleasure boat for day trips. Trying to accommodate too many people on it for any length of time will lead to problems.

There's a very old boatyard on the Thames called Wootens (true)
They build wooten boats.

"Can be sold with out Sales only no motor" eh? The texts of many of these ads are fun to read, I don't understand why the sellers put a bit more effort in writing a text that is understandable for everyone. The trailer looks pretty nackered, but you can't expect a brand new one for that price, and don't forget that it can be sold with out . Peter.

I think I'd rather leave the trailer and get it delivered by a man with a proper trailer. Of course its quite heavy so some other men with proper muscle would be needed to swap trailers. Looks like a good little microyacht to me. May be suitable for my round the world circumnav if I can get some heating in there. I really like it. The thing to do would be to lose that horrible outboard bracket and install a brush less motor with a shaft out of that centre keel and some batteries and a big solar panel.

Its got a lovely shape to it. That's one of the great things about splitters you can get a really nice shape. I sometimes wish I lived in a house and had a boat to play with. Problem with living on boats is one gets used to it. I don't think I would be able to live ashore now. I wouldn't want to live on a fibreglass boat but a spot of light round the world sailing might be OK

For a spot of round the world sailing I would prefer a much more comfortable Catamaran, even some very small ones have done trips around the world. But...... if this is the boat you fancy to do that, don't hesitate too long as someone else may be there before you've exchanged some of the gold ballast you just removed of the wooden wreck, to pay for this dream boat. Peter.

I sent a message to the Johanna people and had a message back from Jan he said could I somehow find out the name. So I will have to revisit the boat. I realise that these beautiful boats may have a similar following to classic English boats so I'm pleased to help with that its right up my street a bit of boat archaeology And I will check for the gold yes. One of the nearby moorings according to a sign has "traps and acid traps" plus another one is "booby trapped 4 days a week" but this wreck is on its own and now I have jan's name I can quote him if anyone asks what I am doing ..
