Lovely boat. Needs two people to handle it apparently which I think could be a problem. Ideally you (I) want a boat that can be handled by one person 100% confident. That's why I like dinghies.

Certainly a nice boat but a bit awkward. I wonder if waldamar is still here. I hope so Still here, did we not discuss this one a few months back? Nice boat, nice history but too much money.....................................
Yes it rang a bell but I wasn't sure if I was getting confused with a strange tug boat with a canal boat stern described as an ex fuelling barge.

Yes, it certainly is a bit expensive, but if it's still in an as good shape as when the survey was done, it may be a good buy for someone that has the cash burning a hole in his/her pockets, so there again that won't be me . Peter.

Looks like a super bargain for an almost brand new boat, you could never build anything like that for several times the price he's asking. Of course for that sort of money you can't complain that there's some work left to be done, but it's definitely worth it. Peter.

4mm steel. Hmm.
How do insurance companies deal with thin steel sea boats? I believe, but do not know for sure as I only have 3rd party insurance, that for canal boats 4mm is seen as a minimum which is why one sees masses of older narrow boats with unnecessary over plating.
I guess it must be different for sea boats.
