Lol, you’re all over the place. So, it seems you don’t want to give your version of why the act has the CCing provision. Pretty obvious why. He hasn't been revising properly.

In a number of different ways this expression emulates the often presented lie that 'the wheels on the bus go round and round all day long'. Both of these are false. Perhaps it would be better phrased "the wheels of a bus currently in service go round and round for a substantial part of the day". Although it isn't a great lyric.

I would say "The wheels on the bus go round and round until they get to a bus stop unless the bus stop has a facility for raising the vehicle above the ground in which case they can to continue to rotate. This is very unlikely but can happen in theoretical situations". For accuracy.
Why do they treat tiny kids as if they know nothing?

Yeah, getting them to believe in Santa and everything. It's a crime.

I suppose we all draw our conclusions or form impressions based on our own experience. Being much younger than Telemachus our earliest boating experiences were in the 1990's when I recall it was not uncommon to see small settlements of live aboard boaters generally in quiet, fairly remote spots. Into the 2000's and the begining of the 'Great Enforcement' it seemed a lot of these settlements and encampments disappeared. Nowadays (without going into London) there seems a huge increase in retirees who have had a boat built and are now choosing to continously cruise rather than finding a marina berth. I suspect this change has been driven by rising costs of boating coupled with enforcement, but also by the proliferation of boating vloggers promoting the 'idyllic lifestyle' to those who can better afford it.
