I did on here at the time. I ain't explaining it all again. Even the fuckin coal boat got a ticket here the other day, and that never stays anywhere for more than a day. It's pathetic.

Minutes or hours, it was, and is uneccesary. It shows only how fucked up and unprofessional they are. I hate dealing with idiots, especially when paying for the privilege. As a customer, I expect to be treated with some professionalism from the provider. It's not a huge ask, and was at one time a given. These days it seems companies feel they can shit on you as much as they like, especially when they run a monopoly.
