Naughty cal is a complete waste of space. She was one of the ones who told me I shouldn't have bought my boat, because I didn't have the money to complete the project from the outset. That I was endangering the survival of the boat. Twat of the first order is what Rachael is.

WD- 40 While the ingredients in WD-40® Multi-Use Product are secret, we can tell you what it does NOT contain. WD-40® Multi-Use Product does not contain silicone, kerosene, water, graphite, or chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs). Just in case anyone wonder why Tony, John myself and others keep telling you there are some utter bullshit peddlers over there

The persuasion continued unabated this afternoon with a string of PMs from Glyn but I resisted. Phil

I protest too much I know, but if these threads were not started I'd not look! Sadly there are the usual suspects spouting crap on numerous subjects instead of keeping it buttoned as they have no useful info to bring to the party. WD-40 is fine to spray over an engine particularly while left idle. Some have told this poor hapless wide eyed poster he will wreck his engine if he even so much as aims a can of love juice at it. It's better to keep quiet and be thought a fool than open your mouth and remove all doubt...! Tony B has let himself down a bit too. Some of the info being given to the chap with the nightmare raw water cooling system on a BMC is bollox too. Still, unless they come on here they are on their own. I'm not arguing with those that don't want to listen. Phil and Peter seem to have plenty of stamina for that though 👍🚢🔨🔨🔨🍻

If I was there no doubt I could srt it but from the pictures it was an explosion in a pipe factory!!

That thread neatly illustrates what John was talking about when he mentioned they like a good cooling system - that was as far as you could get from Good! No wonder if got hot under the collar! Having said that the advice being given on how to correct it is pretty crap too. The bloke doesn't stand a chance with the pile of plumbers scrap he currently has and the wafflings of those who don't really know what they are on about. Gaz - who having marinised engines from scratch and sorted crap systems so they actually work knows a thing or two

I haven't looked at the thread, but presumably the owner will now realise their best option is to work it out themselves and that's no bad thing. 👍

www.wd40.com/faqsThere are better cans of love juice for specific tasks but WD-40 wins by being versatile. I used to polish my helmet with it before a Motocross or Enduro, was supposed to help stop mud sticking - it wasn't great at that but if does smell nice and I didn't get itchy skin or any rashes so it didn't do a great deal of harm. Beware the car on a secondhand car lot that has had under the bonnet shined to within an inch of it's life with WD-40 - in this application it is known as bullshit spray pretty apt eh?
