Yes the children do seem to go to bed rather early. But then they do need their beauty sleep! Some of us need to go to bed early, because we have to be up early to provide for the nation's needs. Those jars of Vaseline and gimp masks don't walk to the shops while you are asleep.

The persuasion continued unabated this afternoon with a string of PMs from Glyn but I resisted. Phil I have to admit I'm a bit baffled Phil. If it's not too personal Who is Glyn and what have you resisted?

No - 1st of April, you fool!
Wouldn't matter so much if I'd been in Gargrave as planned as no-one would have found us out - but being stuck so close to the Northampton Arm there may be rumours .....

No - 1st of April, you fool! Wouldn't matter so much if I'd been in Gargrave as planned as no-one would have found us out - but being stuck so close to the Northampton Arm there may be rumours ..... Coming up from London you pass through the badlands of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, only then do you reach Northamptonshire - Rose of the Shires. It's impossible to be stuck here, some have likened it to the land of Milk and Honey. If you become unstuck and continue north you will soon be in Leicestershire, a fate I wouldn't wish on my most mortal enemy. You then end up in Warwickshire which is like a lite version of Wiltshire, there is then a dreadful choice, Oxfordshire with those who think themselves a cut above the rest or Birminghamshire with Nick Norman. Faced with that lot Northamptonshire ought to look like paradise found A Google of March the 14th on urban dictionary might be an eye opener!
