If you are possibly just going to have milk sat in the fridge for any length of time, it is probably worth your while buying one of the extra filtered fresh milks like Cravendale. Although I am not a lover of the output of great conglomerates like Arla, that product has a very long "use by" date usually 3 weeks if unopened and then a week when opened. We've been using Cravendale for the last three years, for a few reasons:- Yadda yadda general women's institute type waffle ππ» Since you appear to wear the pinny at Gazza Ranch... Have you any recommendation for a cleaning product ideal for removing stubborn stains or pills to deal with headaches, tense nervous headaches? π πππ

We've been using Cravendale for the last three years, for a few reasons:- It seemed easier to transition the dwarf from formula to cow juice with the filtered stuff. I used to buy and freeze normal milk so we always had some in stock, no need to do this with Cravendale. It's not that expensive if you have room for 2 x 4 pints, Asda and the Co-op always seems to have it on buy two for Β£3.00 On the boat it definitely keeps better, normal cow juice goes off after a few days of being gently churned, temperature not an issue as our fridge works well. The only drawback is we have to but it in 2 pint bottles but again it's actually cheaper than throwing out knackered milk before we have a chance to finish it. In a blind taste test I'm not convinced I'd tell the difference, I only take milk with porridge and cereal so the lions share goes to Mrs Gazza and the dwarf, they both seem happy with it ππ» Since you appear to wear the pinny in Gazza Ranch... Have you any recommendation for a cleaning product ideal for removing stubborn stains?π πππ I run the kitchen because Mrs Gazza is an awful cook, mouse took the sink or swim approach with me. I soon learned that if you've got to cook you may as well make a decent fist of it. She on the other hand was provided for by an overbearing mother who wouldn't let her near the kitchen, consequently she came to me being able to burn a pan of water. 20 years on I still do the majority of the cooking and online food shopping. I probably could be accused of being as bad as the MIL inso much as Mrs Gazza doesn't get much opportunity to improve. The dwarf however is welcome in the kitchen and learning well. Mrs Gazza is a half handy cleaner so I can pass your query on to her. I'd probably suggest Diesel, white spirit, WD 40, Jizer or IPA cleaner (no connection to brown beer either) but that might not be what you are after π»π

Anyway, still snowy scenes in the highlands. This is the view from the gliding club clubhouse. Very pretty. But much later after going to the pub, I thought Iβd better go down to the caravan and put the heater on. Looks kind of wintery!

Oh Gazza cravendale will always be on offer at the coop. It's a permanent deal.
