Can’t see the media and the mad sage people letting us get away without a winter lockdown. A few of my snooker playing friends have already organised a lockdown snooker competition. We are prepared.

RCD or MCB?
A "circuit breaker" ?
How come these buggers with wildly inaccurate estimates based on computer modelling are still in charge of this shit ?
Something wrong here. Badly wrong.

Be afraid, very afraid!

Anybody who thinks there’s not a lockdown coming, is very much deluded.

Anybody who thinks there’s not a lockdown coming, is very much deluded. I'm sure there is a lockdown coming. There's no logical reason for it, the latest variant has already proven to be considerably more benign than previous strains, and certainly not worth bankrupting tens of thousands of small businesses over. I think we are being prepared for war. There is a power grab about to take place between the eu and Russia over eastern Ukraine. Russia have already assembled some 100,000 troops on the Ukrainian border and they didn't do that just for fun. Russia has been nervous ever since the eu took control of the Baltic States and losing access to Ukraine means Russia losing the last of their all-weather sea ports. If Russia does invade it will quickly turn very nasty. Getting people used to restrictions, hardship and a life shorn of pleasure is the aim here.

Definitely a good theory re the Russians.
Hopefully they will all be out of it on dodgy vodka or at least if they aren't we can get drop some on them from aircraft and get them sorted out.
Cheap vodka factories near airfields in the UK could be useful.
Funny how Trump was seen as a nightmare and as soon as he is out of the picture it all goes wrong.
Trump for prime minister ?

Trump for prime minister ? we’ve got the English equivalent.

Trump for prime minister ? we’ve got the English equivalent. Exactly. And once he goes we are all fucked People don't realise this. He's completely pointless and incompetent but in a slightly silly way he holds it altogether in what is actually quite a dodgy situation. Once he gets the boot it's going to get really bad. Stock market / pension funds etc crash to 28% of current value, supermarkets only have organic vegetables and expensive bottled pickles. Petrol/diesel £4 a litre. Electric for your car £4 a kilowatt hour, electric for your house £3 a kilowatt hour if you can get it and solar panels £8 per watt. And meanwhile the money grubbers sit on oversized boats offshore somewhere with missile defence systems. Isn't it.
