I'm afraid it is a bit rude in a way.
Being a gentleman with rather high standards when it comes to women I tend to notice good legs and also like a well constructed face.
A turnaround hound is where she has fabulous legs but looks terrible.
I suppose it is a symptom of ageing in a way.

C&RT Company Secretary and Head of Legal, Tom Deards, plus his crooked colleague, Solicitor-Advocate Lucy Barry, are getting more and more nervous about their predicament with every passing day, . . now that the details and workings of the 'Section 8' boat thieving scam they operate in conjunction with C&RT contractors, Commercial Boat Services, have at last become public knowledge, and recognised for just precisely what they are, . . fraud, theft, and abuse of due process, and statute, via wilfully misleading the Courts with a knowing misrepresentation of C&RT's Section 8 powers through the deliberate mis-wording of Draft Orders laid before the Courts.

These thefts, . . because that IS in truth exactly what they are, . . are accomplished on C&RT's behalf through its much favoured criminally inclined contractors, Commercial Boat Services, deploying their own sub-contracted bogus, uncertificated Bailiffs unlawfully enforcing what are in fact 'void' - ie. worthless and legally unenforceable Court Orders - that frequently result in leaving the boat owner victims homeless on a canal towpath or riverbank, without shelter, or their goods and personal possessions.
C&RT, it seems, simply cannot come to terms with the fact that the clearly and concisely laid down statutory sanctions for dealing with those who offend against the boat licensing rules, DO NOT extend to seizing, confiscating, or permanently or otherwise depriving the rightful owner of the vessel in question of their boat, goods and possessions, whilst at the same time, illegally removing the vessel from C&RT controlled waters.
C&RT's well practised routine for dealing with the perceived (by C&RT) problem of boats, and their owners who don't keep to the rules, is to lie to and mislead the Courts into making Court Orders that in fact are a legal nullity, ie. void and legally unenforceable, simply because they, these 'void' Orders, are misworded - by intent and design on the part of C&RT's dishonest and corrupt lawyers - to the extent that the meaning and intention of certain key clauses in the relevant Act has been fundamentally altered and distorted.
These fundamentally defective (Court) Orders therefore have no foundation in the Acts of Parliament by which C&RT is, or rather SHOULD, be governed and strictly limited in its actions and conduct. The legislation that C&RT has routinely abused and misused since it came into being in July 2012 is Section 8 of the British Waterways Act 1983. The extent of C&RT's wilful and habitual contempt of Court and abuse of due process, in the cause of what are quite simply instances of fraud and theft, is both appalling and breathtaking, . . and now it's well documented too.
All in all, there are some quite notable similarities and comparisons in C&RT's preference for taking an illegal, and in some respects truly criminal approach to deal with what are in fact lawfully sanctionable transgressions of the statutorily enforceable licensing rules, . . and the way the Post Office, through its own dishonest contractors/suppliers, its own dishonest senior managers, and its own bent lawyers, has treated so many Subpostmasters for so very long, . . and, apparently, still is doing !
The Post Office's senior management regarded itself as being above the law, . . C&RT's senior management sees itself in much the same way too, . . and has been getting away with it for far too long !

At the time of the original prosecutions, and during the ongoing inquiry into the Post Office's wrongful prosecutions brought against so many hundreds of Sub-postmasters, there is absolutely no doubt whatsoever that the Post Office's corrupt management, and its crooked lawyers, have been wilfully lying to and misleading the Courts for a great many years with their concocted evidence and intentionally evasive testimony.
I wonder what it is that makes Alice, . . and the other half dozen or so ill-intentioned mindless arsewipes that make up his mutual adoration club, . . so vociferously defensive of the Canal & River Trust's [C&RT] corrupt management and crooked lawyers. Why so insistent that these professional liars wouldn't be capable of doing, or haven't already done, something remarkably similar to the hundreds of boat owners who have, in effect, had their boats, homes, and personal goods and belongings stolen from them by means of a well rehearsed pseudo-legal sham, with the outward appearance of a correct and properly conducted legal process, but in truth entails lying to and deceiving everyone, from, firstly and most importantly, the Courts, . . then the Police, . . and finally the owner or occupier of the boat in question.
Since its formal beginning in July 2012 the C&RT has dishonestly obtained huge numbers of what are technically (in Law) worthless Court Orders that have then been used by C&RT staff and contractors committing the serious criminal offence of impersonating bona fide Officers of the Court (formerly known as Bailiffs) and calling themselves 'Enforcement Officers', unlawfully to evict people from their boats, . . then unlawfully to seize their boats (usually complete with all contents, personal belongings, tools, goods etc.), . . then finally, and again unlawfully, . . craned out of the C&RT controlled or managed inland waterway, and transported, from wherever in England or Wales it might happen to be, by road, to storage on farm land near Chester.
The storage land at the farm near Chester, where all these so-called 'removed' Section 8 boats are taken, is owned by one Brian Clarke, Managing Director and owner of a company called Commercial Boat Services [CBS]. It is CBS that provides C&RT with the phoney 'Enforcement Officers', . . the ones who lie to and deceive the Police, so they're then left free to intimidate and forcibly evict boat owners from their boats and homes. CBS also arranges and invoices C&RT for the cranes and the road transport to take the unlawfully 'seized' so-called 'removed Section 8 boats' to Brian Clarke's farm near Chester, . . where the expensive storage for all of them is paid for, weekly, by C&RT. Brian Clarke makes a lot of money out of stealing people's boats on behalf of the C&RT.
