I should like to see huntsmen and their Hooray Hillary followers ripped to pieces by dogs. They could be allowed to run first, after all, as "they enjoy the thrill of the chase". Disgusting behaviour by disgusting humans.
Quiet minds cannot be perplexed or frightened but go on in fortune or misfortune at their own private pace, like a clock during a thunderstorm.
I hope that I never become famous and someone trawls my contributions on this site looking for the odd post which may be offensive.
Force them to pluralise words by putting apostrophes in, then everyone will mock them as imbeciles!
Fox hunting was originally developed and encouraged by foxes because they realised if they allowed humans to hunt them then the humans would also encourage them to breed. So you get more foxes and not only that you get a higher IQ type of fox. Foxes will outlive humans as a species. So will cats due to the development of the "no tin opener required" cat foods and so will dogs because we insist on enclosing their DNA in little plastic bags.
What do humans do to ensure their long term survival?

but I bought it secondhand for Β£5 so I am a little concerned it may not be very effective. Its a spare in case the one above goes missing..
I reckon an H is the way ahead.
Agree entirely, had a H cowl on the Glembring that I fitted on the Amber Rose and had a H cowl on the stove which I fitted on the Amber Rose Too. Never had any problems with high winds, over drawing, back Δraughts etc etc. Worked equally well with solid fuel or oil. Anybody doubting their effectiveness need only look at working sea boats who invariably have an H cowl Phil
Its a bit of a nuisance having the stove right at the front with the flue terminal right at the edge. Specially if you need to fit an H chimney.
This is an item which definitely wants chaining on very securely with decent chain in case of bridge issues. You want it to fall over if you hit a bridge with it but you don't want it to fall in the cut. I use stainless steel chains for my flue terminals.
Point 1. Foxy has a decent boat in which everything works. Point 2. err.... that's about it!
Er, everything works...... at the moment Phil
And for the foreseeable future, otherwise I would have replaced it by now. Am expecting no problems whatsoever on our next trip of 6-7 days in two weeks' time, thank you.

Ross, problems pop up unannounced, if we could foresee problems nobody would ever have one. Phil

Your boats system are way simpler than the ones on donkeys boat .
Because the stove @donkey has uses a 100mm flue it will be easier to find an H chimney for sensible money. Its a standard size. Its when you get down to the 70mm flues you have less choice and higher costs.

Have you never broken into a chicken run, murdered them all horrendously and only taken one to feed yourself? Nassty ffoxxess!

I had pet ducks when I was about 5. A pair of Indian runners. We had other ducks bantams and chickens due to big gardens and hippy parent$. One day the fox came and bit off most of their heads. Including my lady Indian runner. The male survived the attack somehow but he was never the same again. I was scared shitless of foxes after that.
