No idea its complete with everything has reconditioned injectors, new heater plugs, proper oil filter, gaskets to sort out oil leaks plus the bowman intercooler and the jabsco pump that works!! send me you fone number if you want to chat about it its a two to one gearbox no idea of make I was curious more than anything - I may know of someone that COULD be interested, we are away boating for the bank holiday, will give em a yell when we get back. I'll give you a heads up then 🚢⚓👍 I finally found my old thread still have that engine for sale however yesterday we took the bathtub out with electric motor power fully controlled its ace! Today I am hoping to convince Jayne that when finished it will be a great boat [much more difficult than the conversion] so weather permitting I will carry on with working on it

Still doing stuff to the beast it amazes me that things like the deck fittings arnt sealed which of course allows water ingress, they really are very badly assembled! I hope the very expensive modern ones are better as some are a quarter million plus for that lump of plastic

I've got a mate with an Alphacraft 35 here in Goole Boathouse Marina called Mayland 2, it's a beauty. Anyway, he's also got a widebeam which he's doing up to sell, then he's getting a Narrowboat shell to fit out. While he's fitting out the Narrowboat they are moving onto the Alphacraft. The wife prefers the broads cruiser to their 60 foot widebeam. The only snag at the moment is the absence of a washing machine, but he'll fit one somewhere.

I wish mine was a bit bigger as well!! I have gutted it and space for a washing machine is allocated. For me its a bit of fun to keep me out of trouble plus as it is now electric it will be very cheap to run. I have a 57 x 12 widebeam with wheelhouse the problem is that its way to big for the broads which is where we intend to finish and then its the maintenance of steel boats mine is zingered but it still needs taking out to repair parking damage!!

A neighbour of mine had always owned fibre glass boats, but now has a steel boat. He can't believe how much more maintenance there is.
