I've been wondering the same thing. On Sunday I drove down the M6 Toll and just after Toll Plaza I saw two cars on the hard shoulder on the other side of the motorway. I commented to the missus how unusual it was to see two cars broken down together. A short distance later there were another two. Then another two. It wasn't until the fifth pair that I noticed the concealed blue flashing lights on the car at the rear, and the copper putting on his hi-viz. So looks like they're doing a purge using unmarked cars at least in that area

Still, with the rarity of plod in a panda car it's all a little pointless hoping speeding in built up areas will be a priority - you need a copper to nick someone in the first place!

They base it on the JSA rate in that case. They have been using the income basis for several years. I wonder if child benefit, DLA/PIP etc are include in the court calculation of income.

I'm not too worried as I doubt "Ellis" could go faster than 10mph - even downstream.

I try not to...

I had to do a lot of driving round yesterday, arranging/collecting things ........ I was wondering if I was being monitored I had a police car sat behind me for several miles on the A130. I then changed onto the A12 and for 6 miles found I was sandwiched between two police cars .......... On the way back in the opposite direction I followed another one (this time maintaining a discreet distance) Things like that can cause paranoia

How much did you contribute towards his modus operandi? Perhaps you need to switch to WhatsApp.

I think it's a good thing why should someone who earns millions only pay £100 when another person would struggle to find that £100.
Might help fund the justice system better too.
