Sadly it's 'the majority' very often.

When this is all over on Friday and someone starts complaining about the state of the country, I will have one question: Did you vote? If they answer yes, I will have a conversation with them, If they answer no I will say " Well shut up then",

Well as my wife and I would vote for different parties, and our votes would cancel out, we won't bother to make the four hour trip to vote. When we agree, as in the brexit vote, then we both vote. So we will be lounging on the boat and not voting. May I suggest as a collective term for not voting, "thinking people".

I saw a sign yesterday that expressed eloquently the reason someone didn't vote.....couldn't possibly reproduce on here as its language I do not use and it may offend...but the gist of it indicated all parties similarly tainted.....

Thunderboat member mjg often taps 'CBA' so perhaps not being bothered to continue could be classified as 'doing a Martin'. Add one letter to get Martian. That's my conspiracy theory of the day.

Ant then if you do but only happy with 1 out of 5 policies. What then. Is there a box for non of the above.

We each have a duty to vote. I believe it should be compulsory in a democracy. If you can't choose a candidate, you can spoil your paper or leave it blank. I have a postal vote so it's no hassle. Iv voter turnout was 100% it might change politics forever.

Voting, the illusion of having any power. If no one voted that might change politics. If the turn out was less than 5%, then they couldn't claim to have consent to rule.
