Geely apparently own 100% of Volvo, and 51% of Lotus. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/GeelyScary. I think the chinese probably own a fairly large % of UK soil as well !!

When you think about it, it's pretty pointless having generators in every car, I reckon we'll have tracks on the motorways so you can charge up as you drive. Combined with driverless systems we might even invent the electric train..
