You are missing the point I am being the devils advocate the cwdf view if you want, that is how most boaters view the issue its not that they are blind idiots or whatever you think. The boaters in enforcement are small numbers which means the majority of boaters dont see problems. They are not going to support NBTA because they dont see that viewpoint. In fact the NBTA may well cause the happy boaters problems which will then make CRT seem like child minders in comparison. I know you dont like this which is why you are on here and not CWDF, * but CWDF do represent the views of the majority of boaters* How do you know it does ? How could you possibly know that ?

On the other channel, on their NBTA protest thread only a couple are defending NBTA the rest are on the attack! for me, I told you weeks ago my thoughts brownfield sites cheap moorings just like I have in Rotherham. Life is hard enough without some boaters [40 -50] on the last protest causing a change in the law which could be draconian how would you feel then? I would be mightly pissed off and so would thousands of other boaters who are below the radar. I have finished on the subject.

You obviously haven't taken on board any of my thoughts as to why you see little defence of the NBTA over there (or any members). I wonder why? Actually, a few do seem to be a bit more positive about a more balanced solution now...which is good.

I thought I was imagining that.I raised it with MJG about changing attitudes and he didn't seem to see it.

After seeing Mike grimes performance, I think all Nbta have to do really is get certain Crt executives interviewed on channel 4 news. They would hang themselves, Denise yelland would be a good one.

CWDF doesn't represent boaters, the number or regular posters is in the tens, not even the hundreds, or thousands.

Perhaps 75 million Turks moving in to London soon will bring 'Multiculturalism' and extra kebab-pizza joints. Wow! I love kebabs, especially proper ones. Gives me summat to look forward to.

I don't think Jews are being ridiculed by Athy on CWDF or by blaster on YouTube. Wandering Vagabond is humourless and a dullard by his own admission

I don't think London is short of a multitude of cultures. Strangely though the countries the inhabitants come from remain mono cultures, because they are not stupid. They do regard us as idiots though for giving away our capitol city.

I think the one thing I haven't seen Nbta or anyone else get across in the media, is what Nigel Moore always says. That there are other legal remedies other than section8 available to Crt to use against anyone who breaks the bye laws. It would be interesting to hear someone from Crt answer why they always go for the nuclear option.

They have found a way to do the section 8 process that ensures they have all the cards in their favour, they remove part of the paperwork given to the defendent that allows them to defend the action, without these forms being presented to the court the defendent does not get a chance to speak at the court hearing , and in 10 minutes its over. Ask Tony Dunkley he beat them at this trick.
